The Vexillology Contest

Schloss Krumbach International School prides itself with a very robust knowledge framework in humanities. We are also a medieval castle with 13 centuries of history to build up on.

Long story short, of course our students hold expertise in flags’ tapestry of European history, and we’re very excited to take part in the new school’s initiative, an annual Vexillology contest.

To be eligible to compete, students had to design and draw their own flags, justifying the symbolism of the elements they used and referencing the work to an alternative history story.

The winners truly aced the task, as you can see from the pictures, but a round of applause goes to all the contestants!
