Prohibited Items
To maintain a safe, distraction-free environment, certain items are prohibited in our boarding facilities, including alcohol, tobacco, and any electronic devices. Smuggling any unauthorized items leads to immediate expulsion. This policy ensures that students remain focused, healthy, and free from distractions that can interfere with academic or personal growth.

Room Cleaning and Life Skills
Although dormitories are cleaned on a weekly basis by the boarding staff, it remains a responsibility of the students to keep their space clean and tidy. Students are guided in establishing daily routines and cleanliness standards, building habits that encourage responsibility, organization, and independence—skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Health Policies
Schloss Krumbach takes the health and well-being of its students as a priority - we conduct regular medical checks on campus and keep a close eye on how our students feel. If a student falls ill, our health policies ensure they receive the care and support they need. In case of a serious situation, we deliver a student to the closeby doctor in Krumbach or to the Landesklinikum Wiener Neustadt. There are also special Quarantine rooms where sick students are moved from their dorms to ensure rest and isolation. Boarding staff closely monitor any student in need of care, keeping parents informed and ensuring that the child’s recovery is managed thoughtfully and thoroughly.
An Environment of Respect and Care
Respect, kindness, and mutual understanding form the backbone of our school culture. Students are encouraged to communicate in a shared language and avoid any offensive language or behavior, fostering a warm, respectful atmosphere. Swearing at school is a disciplinary offense. Any manifestations of racism, xenophobia, chauvinism is prohibited.
