Exploring the World Cultures at Vienna’s Biggest Ethnographic Museum

On the first weekend of the school year, Schloss Krumbach International School embarked on its first study trip – to the Weltmuseum in Vienna, one of the cities’ most famous ethnographic museums.

From discussing Inuit fashion and Muslim art to witnessing the impact of Chinese culture on the world’s ceramics design and learning about the legendary Montezuma’s quetzal headpiece, our students travelled across the cultures, learning from our Societies teacher along the way.

This trip is just one of the many study endeavors embedded in our school agenda, which enables students to see in life the historical and cultural phenomena they studied in class.
